We aim to post out in 2 working days from date of order if your product is in stock. Please note that stock and delivery information given may change due to changing COVID-19 restrictions in place to ensure everyone’s safety. We will inform you as soon as possible and are always here to speak to if you have any queries.


Personalised products can take approximately 3 weeks from order to delivery. Please contact us with regards to any personalisation required to check that we have capacity.


If you are ordering 10 + bricks, please contact us for delivery arrangements and costs –  special delivery conditions will be arranged.


We courier your parcel using tracked and insured services. Parcels will only be dispatched after payment is made.


Please note each brick weighs approximately 2.5kg therefore delivery charge is per individual brick purchased.

We are able to deliver to Northern Ireland, Wales, Scotland and Channel Islands. Please contact us directly for orders, shipping costs may vary.




We  offer the option for collection in Stretford, Manchester, M32. If this is your preference, please contact us to arrange.



If your order is a gift – please tell us and we will email your invoice to you. Please ask us if you want us to include a note to say ‘Happy Birthday’ or simply ‘I love you’, we would be more than happy to do this.

Return policy


[Changed Your Mind?]


If you change your mind about the product, you can notify us within 14 days and return it to us.  Any refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your returned item. You are expected to cover the cost of returning the item and your initial delivery charge will not be refunded.


Refunds will not be given for the following items

  • If the item was personalised to you

  • Any item that has been fitted, damaged, or so altered that it is not fit for immediate re-sale.


[Damaged + Incorrect goods]


Upon receiving your request to return by email, we will inspect upon receipt of your item. If we are in agreement that the item is damaged or faulty we will replace or refund you the cost of the goods and delivery

We continue to operate within the UK Government guidelines and continually review and update our approach. Brick.Co remain an online presence and transactions are contactless. We are managing our supply chain to maintain our stock levels remain healthy for individual purchases.



If you are collecting bricks please contact us and we will give you details to ensure your safety and ours. Social distancing, hygiene and face covering protocols will apply. Please note we can reserve, hold and make alternative arrangements that ensure our safety and yours.
